As a speaker and author, Saïda has previously served as a judge for assistive and social impact grants competitions. Her background spans the education, retail, technology, and healthcare industries.
During her college years, Saïda worked for the Palm Beach School District, dedicating most of her time to supporting special education initiatives. Her free time was devoted to assisting small businesses and non-profit organizations in Palm Beach County, including Morselife Health Care System Hospice, Nami, and Palm Beach State College. Currently, she has been supporting local organizations in the technology, travel, and conference industries with accessibility strategies planning and initiatives.
Passionate about innovation and inclusivity, Saïda fearlessly pursues ambitious goals, pushing boundaries and exploring groundbreaking ideas. Saïda's dedication to championing disability rights and spearheading accessibility and inclusion initiatives has garnered recognition from esteemed entities like Google, Verizon, AWS, and many others. Her impact extends far and wide, earning her selection by the U.S. Department of State to represent the USA at a prestigious international entrepreneurial event and a world-class diplomatic gathering. Throughout her career, Saïda has accumulated numerous awards and accolades for her pioneering work in this critical field. Saïda holds a Master's in Entrepreneurial Management from Lynn University and a bachelor's degree in Supervision and General Management from Palm Beach State College.
